Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and an optional note, if you request access through our waitlist form.
• Markets you choose to track on the Watchlist page — this is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.

Priorbook does not currently require an account to use, and we do not collect payment information.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are used solely to contact you about early access to Priorbook and related product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

Third-party data

Live market data displayed on Priorbook — prices, volumes, contract questions — is sourced directly from Kalshi’s and Polymarket’s public APIs. We don’t control, and can’t guarantee, the accuracy of this third-party data.

Data retention

Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing edgemarkhq@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as Priorbook evolves — for example, if we introduce user accounts. We’ll update the date above when we do.
